What is equad?

equad is a company that seeks to enable Filipinos to benefit from employment opportunities by equipping them with the right skills and preparing them to become good employees by teaching them right values.

How long is the training program?

The training program takes 10 days. This may be longer or shorter depending on the pace at which the trainee is able to complete each part of the program.

How soon can I get employed?

Once you have been qualified for a position/job, you should be able to start working within a month. Of course, this may take longer if the applicant is unable to complete the employment process or is not available for deployment on the date set.
