equad provides different training options to maximize employee skills not just in the workplace but in their personal lives as well. These trainings aim to develop a strong individual character that will help employees properly cope with challenges both in the workplace and outside so they can be more productive and competitive.  The following training programs are available for enhancing specific skills as well as for wholistic values formation. English as a Second Language (ESL) Training Program equad’s ESL training is a computer-based, self-help training program that starts with the very basic to the highest level of proficiency training not only in speech but also in comprehension, listening skills and other proficiency skills including accent reduction. Successful candidates for call center vacancies will need to pass the required level of English proficiency to be accepted into the training program where they will have 100-140 hours of ESL training on the computer. Soft Skills Training Program This will involve a series of training including values formation and character development to enhance employees’ efficiency and skills in handling challenges in the workplace. Topics involved in this training program include: - Call Simulation – Training on handling both inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Stress Management – Teaches ways of recognizing stress and ways of handling it
- Values Formation – classroom instruction
- Purpose – Training for motivating individuals to discover purpose and live life according to their goals
- Vision – Motivating individuals to plan ahead to achieve their goals
- Excellence – Cultivates the value of excellence and its significance in daily life
- Integrity – Seeks to cultivate honesty, dependability and openness in dealings with others
- Relationships – Training for ways to handle relationships and how it can benefit the individual’s productivity
- Teamwork – Emphasizes the importance of teamwork in achieving goals and objectives both in the workplace and in their personal relationships
- Managing Finances – Teaches ways to handle money and help individuals achieve their goals through proper financial management
- Leadership – Developing intuition and confidence to boost leadership skills
