English as a Second Language (ESL) Training Program
equad’s ESL training is a computer-based, self-help training program that starts with the very basic to the highest level of proficiency training not only in speech but also in comprehension, listening skills and other proficiency skills including accent reduction.

Successful candidates for call center vacancies will need to pass the required level of English proficiency to be accepted into the training program where they will have 100-140 hours of ESL training on the computer.

Soft Skills Training Program
